Hors d’inner Consists of 3-4 Stages (35-40 minutes each)  of Passed Hors d’oeuvres with 3-4 Hors d’oeuvres Stations. Food Service for Hors d’inner Menus can last up to
2 1/2 hours and it is a great way to serve your guests a  variety of items in a unique fashion!  The items are  more “hors d’oeuvres” in style yet are designed  to be as filling as “dinner “.
