The Beach Club Hosts a Wedding--Love as Prescribed

Joined by their passion for medicine, the bride, who is a nurse, and the groom, who is a brain surgeon, exchanged wedding vows under a lingering Californian sunset.
Their Perfect Setting
The Santa Barbara Trolleywhisked guests to the couple’s beachfront wedding. Flowers cascaded down the soft sand aisle, leading the guests’ eyes toward the bamboo arch under which the impatient groom waited for his bride to appear. Clouds of white fabric embraced the bamboo, at times lifting in the cool evening breeze. When the bride arrived, the ceremony continued without a hitch, as if nature herself was falling in love with the couple as they pronounced their undying love. Even the couple’s ring bearers, their adorable pug dogs, sat at attention, no doubt marveling at another medical miracle—love.
The Beach Club's Reception
The serenity and beauty of the wedding ceremony melted into the elegant soiree of the reception party at The Beach Club. A mere stroll from the beach, The Beach Club is able to offer something not all Santa Barbara wedding packages can—convenience, and with convenience comes peace of mind. Guests mingled as they returned to the outdoor reception garden, whose tables were labeled with the couple’s imminent honeymooning sights. White lanterns and crystal strands hung across the patio, casting a warm glow for the father-daughter dance.
A streaming slideshow provided a welcome flow of reminiscing for the couple and guests alike. Eventually, the evening drifted into night where guests could enjoy the flickering fireplace or the delightful dancing. Yet, no Santa Barbara wedding package would be complete without the cake cutting tradition. And though a flawless white cake accented with ribbons of purple, guests cheered as the couple served each other a slice of love.
